Shoe Peg Salad

I've made this twice lately, once for a church potluck, and once for a salad luncheon. Lots of people told me how much they liked it, and asked for the recipe. I barely changed it…used frozen peas instead of canned, white corn instead of yellow, and red pepper instead of green. It lends itself to many different vegetables, and keeps well.
