Chef Danielson, my hat is off to you. It is so nice to see a young person in the kitchen and your recipe works! It's delicious, but at my age it will have to be a once a year thing or my doctor will throw the book at me. Gotta watch the cholestrol. Your steps are all clear and concise. I do hope you will contribute often.
