- In a large pot, combine water and cranberries. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 30 minutes. Add SPLENDA(R) Granulated Sweetener, orange juice, lemon juice, cloves and cinnamon sticks. Cover, and steep for 1 hour.
