Quick Stuffed Tomatoes

Amazingly delicious with some changes: Sauteed 1\2 yellow onions with 3 garlic cloves and 1\4 cup of fresh parsley. Salted the pulp before added to cous cous mixture. Made half the tomatoes with mozarella and parmesan and the other half with feta cheese.
