I didn't find it too sweet with just the two tablespoons of honey. I did add more chopped green onion. I made this last night and let the pork chops sit overnight in the marinade. We all enjoyed this, there were no leftovers. If I were to make this again, I'd add just a little more honey and garlic. Read More

I used this recipe on chicken breasts. It was pretty good. I think it was a bit too sweet for my taste. If I make it again I will add some chili powder to give it a kick and even out the sweetness. The kids loved it though. Read More

I used 1 heaping tablespoon brown sugar instead of honey. It tasted very good not too sweet as was mentioned in a previous review. I will surely use this recipe for pork tenderloin. Read More

I tried marinating deer steak in this. I made it with no sweetener and additional 1/3 c oil. It made the best stir fry ever. I chopped my entire three inch piece of ginger and 4 cloves of garlic...wasn't too spicy. Excellent! Read More

Just delicious! I marinated 2 lbs of jumbo shrimp for about 2 hours and grilled on skewers. Love the sesame flavor and the fresh garlic and fresh ginger...I did omit the sesame seeds since I had none on hand. Will make again and try using other meats to marinate. Thanks! Read More
