Pear and Blue Cheese Salad

Fresh pear slices, red onions, toasted pine nuts, crumbled blue cheese and raspberry vinaigrette turn ordinary salad greens into an elegant side dish.

  • 1 (10 ounce) bag torn mixed salad greens

  • 2 fresh pears, sliced

  • 1 medium red onion, sliced

  • ½ cup pine nuts, toasted

  • ½ cup ATHENOS Crumbled Blue Cheese

  • ½ cup KRAFT LIGHT DONE RIGHT! Raspberry Vinaigrette Reduced Fat Dressing


  1. Toss greens with pears, onions, pine nuts and cheese in large bowl.

  2. Spoon onto eight salad plates.

  3. Drizzle evenly with dressing.
