  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a bowl, thoroughly mix onion, tuna, mozzarella, and mayonnaise. Spread mixture on 8 slices of bread, and top with remaining 8 slices to form sandwiches. Arrange sandwiches on a cookie sheet.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.

I tried these, with a few adjustments. I added chopped tomato and sprinkled the tuna mixture with just a bit of garlic powder and paprika.Good taste and very , easy recipe. I will probably make ...

This was very good but the onion was too strong. Next time I am going to use 1/2 of what the recipe calls for.

These sandwiches were okay, nothing special. I think it would have been better made in a skillet or on a griddle.
