Whole Wheat Tuna Melts

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a bowl, thoroughly mix onion, tuna, mozzarella, and mayonnaise. Spread mixture on 8 slices of bread, and top with remaining 8 slices to form sandwiches. Arrange sandwiches on a cookie sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.

This was very good but the onion was too strong. Next time I am going to use 1/2 of what the recipe calls for.
