Emma's Clam Chowder

This recipe was very easy to make and super tasty. I did use the substitution of one cup red wine (for one of the cups of water) tip. I also omitted the bacon, choosing to sauté onions and celery in a bit of olive oil instead, in an attempted to lower cholesterol. My last adulteration was a healthy squirt from the sriracha bottle, for some "zip." Anyway you make it, this recipe has a very healthy portion of clams to other ingredients and was delicious.
