- Substitute other vegetables as desired. If cherry tomatoes are not available, chop a few plum tomatoes. Or, add chopped red and green pepper in place of cucumber.
- Using Unpeeled Cucumbers
- When using unpeeled cucumbers, be sure to scrub very well to remove any dirt. If cucumber has been heavily waxed, then peel before using.
