  1. Toss all ingredients in large bowl. Cover. Refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors.


  • Best of Season
  • Substitute other vegetables as desired. If cherry tomatoes are not available, chop a few plum tomatoes. Or, add chopped red and green pepper in place of cucumber.
  • Using Unpeeled Cucumbers
  • When using unpeeled cucumbers, be sure to scrub very well to remove any dirt. If cucumber has been heavily waxed, then peel before using.

I have been making this salad for years. My husband always asks for me to make this. It is so easy and very good.
