Mexican Baked Fish

I made it on Tuesday. I asked my husband how many stars we should give it. He said 5. I made it again on Wednesday, but with chicken. We gave it 5 stars also. That would make it a 10 star recipe in my family! Both nights I added a little fresh corn cut off the cob and I used lowfat sour cream and cheese. Great "keeper" recipe!
