  1. Drain pineapple, reserving 1 Tbsp. of the juice.
  2. Mix pineapple, reserved juice and remaining ingredients; toss lightly. Cover.
  3. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.

  • Prepare as directed, using BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream.
  • Jazz It Up
  • Garnish with maraschino cherries and mint sprigs.

I added maraschino cherries.

My mother-in-law makes this recipe, and it's so easy and good. I also add halved maraschino cherries, bananas, and a little sugar to the sour cream. This is our family favorite.
