  1. In a jar with a tight fitting lid combine oil, honey, lemon juice, chives, basil, paprika and salt; shake well.
  2. In a bowl toss together fruit, greens and 1 tablespoon dressing per person.
  3. Divide into individual salad plates or bowls. Sprinkle each with sunflower seeds.
