Grilled Ham Steak

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the preserves, mustard, lemon juice and cinnamon. Cook and stir over low heat for 2-3 minutes. Set glaze aside. Score edges of ham. Grill, uncovered, over medium heat for 8-10 minutes on each side, brushing with glaze during the last few minutes of grilling.

I substituted strawberry preserves, because that's what I had on hand. I was a little leery of the mustard, but it turned out great! A unique and excellent flavor!

Awesome! AWESOME! Awesome! I used the apricot preserves rather than the plum. I followed the reciped with 2 minor variances. I made the glaze and marinaded the ham in the fridge for 4 hours. ...

I didn't change a thing about this recipe, and it was perfect. I would suggest to others not to have your grill too hot, as the sugar in the glaze will burn easily. Thanks for an easy deliciou...

excellent! i had to change it a hair. i used apriot preserves and dijon mustard, and juice from half a lime. no cinnamon. it was terrific! thx for giving me a great base!
