Well worth the time and effort. Rich creamy, and just WOW!!! Even my picky 6 year old wouldn't stay out of it!

I made this pudding using arborio rice. and whole milk. The flavor & consistency of the rice pudding is very good. However the meringue topping did not add anything. I would make the pudding ...
Recipe produced a decent pudding but butterscotch flavor did not come through for me. It was good nonetheless. I liked the meringue topping and felt it added a unique touch to this classic dish.
