  1. In a blender container, process 1 cup of water, bananas and sugar until smooth. Pour into a large container; add the concentrates, pineapple juice and remaining water. Cover and freeze. Remove from freezer 2 hours before serving. Just before serving, break up and mash mixture with a potato masher. Stir in soda.

This is sooo refreshing. I made it first in high school home ec. It was called South Seas Banana Beer. It is GOOD! I made it for a New Years party and everybody raved about it.
