  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the tomatoes, onion and garlic. Add green pepper, lemon juice and seasonings; mix well. Microwave on high for 45-60 seconds or until heated through. Serve immediately with tortilla chips. Salsa can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

i added everything but the lemon juice, and that's just because of preference. i ate these with mozzarella sticks and i was satisfied.

It was a little sour for my taste. I would definitely reduce the lemon juice to at least 1/2 T. I did alter the salsa when I finished to make it taste to my liking. I added probably a teaspoo...

This was brilliant and easy. I skipped the lemon sauce and changed the quantity of green chillies (used 1 tbsp instead of 3) and it turned out perfect.

This is a good, easy salsa. I have made it several times but the last time I did I tripled the ingredients and wasn't satisfied with how it turned out. So I decided to make a chili out of it. I ...

It was OK, we added hot sauce and it made it much more flavorful. Needed some more flavor, but made a decent salsa base.
