"This is a refreshing salad that adds a little zip to a festive dinner. Our state is second to Florida in production of oranges, so this recipe truly represents my area. I hope you get the chance to try it soon."

  1. Place carrots in a medium bowl. Section oranges into the bowl to catch juices. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Cover and chill for several hours.

I served this as a side dish for dinner. Great- exept I didn't use the salt. This recipe didn't need it. Thanks :) :)

I do not see what the big deal was! Oranges are great, love carrots- but in this it is just plain weird. Tast like it is missing something to really bring them together.

Took this to a pot luck with a fall theme. Everyone loved it. I readjusted the recipe for 8 servings. The cinnamon req'd was 2 teaspoons, but didn't not overpower the flavors as I expected. I...

I really disliked the flavor of this. It had far too much cinnamon.

I made this as a side for a party and those who ate it seemed to really enjoy the flavors.

A good dish, but not attractive. It is certainly somewhat tasty and interesting.
