  1. In a shallow bowl, combine the first four ingredients. Pound the chicken to 1/4-in. thickness; dip into citrus mixture. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the chicken in oil for about 2 minutes per side. Remove chicken. In the same skillet, cook garlic, onions and ginger in butter for 1 minute. Add flour and salt; cook and stir for 1 minute. Gradually stir in milk; bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 2 minutes. Return chicken to pan; sprinkle with parsley. Simmer for 8-10 minutes or until chicken juices run clear, turning occasionally.

I followed this recipe to the letter. Not bad. Nice hints of citrus but a little monotone. I think a little brown sugar or maple syrup would make this near-perfect.

This was really yummy. My husband and i loved it, however my 2 year old son found the flavors a little strong. It's a easy recipe with ingredients that you have in your house most of the time....

Quick easy, tasty, recommend not messing with it as it's fine the way IT'S PREPARED

This was delicious, but the sauce doesn't go very far. The base for the sauce is a great starter, I've used it for a sherry sauce to put over roasted chicken.
