This was good, but not great. It seemed like it was missing something, but I'm not sure what. Worth playing with to suit your taste.

My husband is a very picky eater, but he loves this stuff. Sometimes if I am pressed for time I just used shredded cheese.

This salad was flavorful and refreshing! I used shredded cheese because that is what I had on hand, and it was delicious. Other than that- I made no changes- this is perfect as written.

The Best!!! I used fresh corn cut off the cob and warmed it in a little margarine (4 ears & 2 tsp. margarine, then prepared as directed. Everyone loved it and I'll double the recipe next time.
