  1. Toss the bread cubes and sausage; set aside. In a saucepan over medium heat, saute celery and onion in butter until tender. Remove from the heat. Stir in 3-3/4 cups broth and seasonings; mix well. Pour over bread mixture; mix well. Add desired amount of remaining broth. Place mixture in four greased 3-qt. baking dishes. Cover and bake at 325 degrees F for 1-1/4 hours. Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer or until heated through.

Great as is. Only thing I would recommend is to make the night before you need it to save on time, and let the juices/seasonings marinade. I also cooked it alot longer, like 2 hours. This is not...
