  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C).
  2. Mix brown sugar, cream, and flour together in a mixing bowl until smooth. Pour the filling into unbaked pie crust
  3. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve warm or cold.

this pie doesn't have the sweetness I associate with tarte au sucre. In addition it needed to cook for almost an hour longer than this recipe says before it was set. When it had cooled, it was l...

When i made it all the filling came boiling out and then it was burned with barely any filling :( I'm not too happy

Not the right consistency in the filling, and it is very loose and watery after following cook time directions. I am baking for an additional 10-15 minutes to see what happens:)
