Chili Cheese Puff

Rated as 4.47 out of 5 Stars

"I found this recipe on a trip to Southern California. Since then, this versatile dish has become one of my family's favorites. I serve it as a special breakfast, for brunch or even Sunday night supper. Sausage or ham goes well with this snappy dish...and don't forget some corn muffins!"

This is the same recipe that my grandmother used to make! My family makes this all the time - you can even make it a day ahead and reheat. Wonderful for a brunch menu.

Yum, tasty little breakfast. Kathy on the Recipe Exchange mentioned subbing protein powder for the flour so I did. Great little tip! I used half the cheese & butter. I added garlic powder & fres...

This was pretty straightforward. To cut down on some of the fat, I used "trim" cottage cheese. I did add onion/garlic powder and fresh ground pepper. We liked this okay, my husband didn't really...

This was easy and delicious. Made it as one of several quiches for Thanksgiving morning breakfast, and the leftovers were good, too.
