I used a little butter and olive oil and didn't quite use 2 tablespoons. Also, I did it in the oven. Easy and delicious and less fat than mashed or baked potatoes. Thanks!
I didn't have any red potatoes when I made this so I just used russett potatoes and it still turned out really delicious. It does need a little more, like garlic or atleast salt.
Simple, delicious & easy! I'll be making it again. Next time I'll chop the onion instead of slice it.
Everyone loved this very flavourful recipe! It was so easy to do! I'll definately make it again!
I used olive oil instead of butter and sauteed the onions in the oil a little before adding them to the dish...I didn't have the Italian seasoning so I used different spices that I had on hand (...
This is very good. It is basically the same dish known as potatoes lyonnaise. Yummy!
