- In a large covered saucepan, steam broccoli, cauliflower and carrots in water for 2-3 minutes; drain. Place in a bowl; add chicken and tomatoes. Combine dressing ingredients; pour over salad. Cover and chill for at least 4 hours, stirring occasionally. Drain before serving.

I made this dish without the chicken for a dinner party and it was a huge hit. Delicious, healthy and refreshing.
wow. i just made this and tasted it and can say that it's awesome. i doubled up the vegetables and found that this amount of dressing is stil sufficient. the basil makes this!!
This was delicious! I left out the cauliflower and I used a large tomato. Next time I will double or triple the amount of fresh basil, yum!
