  1. Combine first four ingredients; set aside. Grill chicken, covered, over medium-low coals, turning and brushing with butter several times, for 30 minutes. Then grill, uncovered, turning and brushing with orange juice mixture several times, for 20-30 minutes or until juices run clear.

I was actually looking for a ginger glaze for a pork loin when I found this recipe. I didn't have any orange juice concentrate on hand, so I used 1/4 C orange marmalade that I had in the refrig...

This was tasty. I reserved a little of the marinade and topped the chicken with it once it was done - yum!

It was good barbeque chicken but I thought it tasted just like any old barbeque chicken. I really couldnt taste the ginger in it.
