I made this as an appetizer. I cubed my chicken breasts & then sauteed the cubes in a sesame/olive oil mix to add flavor. I added dijon mustard to the mayo mixture used to coat the chicken (be sure not to overcoat or the crumbs won't stay on as well), used panko crumbs instaed of bread crumbs & added dried marjoram. I served these w/ Honey Mustard Sauce (from this site) for dipping instead of the mayo/honey called for in the recipe. The flavor additions brought this four star recipe up to five stars. My guests ate every last one! Read More

Easy to make and a great dish. I made it for an appetizer at a party I went to and it went quick, everyone was asking who made it. Make sure you use a large bag for the dry mixture and put all the chicken in the mayo mix at once and stir it up otherwise its messy. Read More

This was very good.Add a little more bread crumbs than stated in recipe.I toasted the sesame seeds first. This took 18 minutes to cook instead of 12 minutes as in recipe. After it came out of the oven I tasted it and had to sprinkle it with salt, then it was much better. This was very quick and easy. Oh my gosh these are sooooooo good. I didn't make the honey sauce as I used the bottled O'Charley's dressing for dipping. I used Panko bread crumbs and spritzed them with some canola oil prior to putting in the oven. My chicken chunks took a little longer to cook (only because the rack was lowered from baking) but I did toss them over about 1/2 thru so the other side would get browned. I also added salt and white pepper to the marinade...my chicken nuggets went into the marinade early this morning until cooking this evening for dinner. Yummmmmmmm! Read More

pleasing texture. i'd i didn't have sesame, so i used wheat germ and bread crumbs. yummy, slightly odd flavor, i think sesame would have worked better. Read More

This is a big hit w/ my 3 young sons. I've made it several times, sometimes w/ sesame seeds, sometimes without. There have never been leftovers!! Thank you! Read More

These were really good, especially for a light dinner served with salad. We didn't have the dried minced onion so I used fresh -which may not have been the best idea since it the onion taste overpowered some elements- and used honey mustard salad dressing to dip because i was a little skeptical of that much mayo in there. Turned out good however, thanks for sharing. Read More
