Wow! And I mean Wow! this recipe is just fantastic. I am almost 15 and love to cook. This recipe was more like a cake, but not too fluffy like, I doubled the recipe because it really doesnt make much, also, I substituted water for milk because I am intolerant to dairy products. This is really good with pure maple syrup drizzled on it. Enjoy and God bless! I also used pure fructose in place of sugar
