- In a large bowl, combine cream and lemon peel. Add eggs and seasonings; mix well. Stir in cheeses. In a large skillet, melt butter; pour in egg mixture. Cook and stir gently over medium heat until eggs are set, about 15 minutes. Garnish with tomato wedges if desired.

I cut this in half for just my boys and I. (And by boys, I'm including my husband.) Very flavorful and wonderfully fluffy. So yum. I'll be making this again for sure.
These eggs were very tasty and a nice change of pace from regular scrambled eggs! I didn't add the rosemary (was out) and cut back on the cheeses. Next time I make this I will try fresh herbs ...
