Eggs Royale

Rated as 3.6 out of 5 Stars

"My aunt gave this recipe to me after she served it at a wedding brunch. With muffins and fresh fruit, it's now my favorite breakfast entree. My hobbies are cooking and collecting cookbooks. In fact, I've collected so many books my dad built a bookshelf especially for them."

Really flavorful and filling. Can get a bit salty so I'd recommened making your own bland croutons then adding your own seasonings to taste!

This was a great way to use croutons but it really didn't go over as well as I thought it would. I was really quite bummed all around about this recipe.

We did not care for this.

I added mushrooms to this recipe and used garlic herb croutons. It was delicious!

I agree, this is too salty prepared as written. In the future I will not include any additional salt.
