Creamed Cabbage Soup

2 cups of broth didn't seem adequate for the amount of veggies, and since I make my own broth and freeze it in 4 cup containers, I used that much. Other then adding an extra tablespoon of flour and using evaporated milk I kept everything else the same. It was a nice mild, creamy and very tasty soup.
