Creamed Cabbage Soup

Really liked this soup! I did make a change or two. I only had bacon on hand so I used that. I also somewhat burnt it - not on purpose (my husband liked the flavor of it). I had no cream so I used evaporated milk and skim as that's what i had on hand. No fresh parsely so I had to use dried. I love cabbage - and loved this soup.
