Very good recipe. Quick & easy. My son loves graham cracker cake but my original recipe takes forever to make. I made as cupcakes and we ate them without frosting. Will make again.

This cake was delicious! I added chopped Hershey's bars to the batter and filled with marshmallow; I was also going for the s'mores theme :) That said, I was planning on icing this cake with chocolate buttercream frosting and it did come out a little too dry/crumbly for that to work. But I'm sure it would work well with the whipped topping as the original recipe calls for!
When I made this cake, I wasn't sure what to expect. It turned out a little on the dry side which makes sense when you add extra dry ingredients, but use less wet ingredients. Instead of the whipped cream, I filled it with marshmallow cream and topped it with chocolate icing to make a smores cake. It wasn't bad, just crumbly. Hopefully, I can work on it a little because I really like the flavor combo with the chocolate and marshmallow.
