Garlic Deviled Eggs

Rated as 4.63 out of 5 Stars

"I CREATED this recipe 30 years ago, when my new husband requested deviled eggs. He wouldn't eat celery or pickle relish, so I substituted garlic and onion. He approved. My co-workers always request these eggs for our potluck lunches. I'm not sure they know I can cook anything else! -Eva Friesen, Carson City, Nevada"

Was a decent deviled egg recipe with garlic. Nothing too outstanding here in flavor or texture, though.

Yum! First time making these and we love em! Used just a tiny amount of garlic powder instead of fresh.

Unfortunately, I used medium size eggs and the mayo ended up being quite excessive mixed with the punier yolks. The taste was pretty nice, but of course it can be doctored up with condiments of...

I normally HATE deviled eggs but these I can actually eat. My husband LOVES them and requests them all the time. I have taken them to playgroups and they are ALWAYS gone within minutes no matt...

This is the only way I make deviled eggs now. We like the bite from the garlic. I still slice up olives to put on top of each egg. I do add a bit of worchestershire. I use my emersion blender to...

I've never even boiled eggs before let alone attempted deviled eggs but these were pretty easy to make. I served them as an appetizer for Christmas Eve dinner and they were a hit. I think next...

I love these! I was out of paprika so I lightly sprinkled them with cayenne pepper. Mmm..

Excellent. I did make minor changes. Instead of prepared mustard I used Bookbinder's Horseradish mustard, instead of salt I used celery salt and cayene pepper to taste. My family loved them.
