  1. In a bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Broil chicken 4 in. from the heat for 3 minutes on each side. Brush with mustard sauce. Broil 4-6 minutes longer or until juices run clear, basting and turning several times. Serve on buns with tomato and lettuce.

I was looking for a honey mustard sandwich idea we could make ahead for lunches during the work week. This tasted good out of the oven. Reheated for sandwiches, it was just ok. I will make this ...

We tried this recipe and it wasn't very good. We thought the honey mustard had an unpleasant aftertaste to it. We will find a differnt recipe.

An excellent sandwich, and very healthy...I lightly toasted my roll...nice sandwich for on the go, too.

tasty.. I servced this in a wrap with som garlic herb cheese and sauted broccoli slaw.. needed more of the mustard sauce with the samdwich yum
