Herb-Marinated Pork Loin

  1. In a large resealable plastic bag or shallow glass container, combine the first 10 ingredients; add pork and turn to coat. Seal bag or cover container; refrigerate overnight, turning meat occasionally. Drain and discard marinade. Grill, covered, over indirect heat, turning occasionally, for 1-1/4 to 1-3/4 hours or until a meat thermometer reads 145 degrees (63 degrees C). Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing.

I made this with the ingredients as listed. but cooked it in the pressure cooker. Probably would have been better on the grill to give it the grilled flavor.

Very tasty!!! Grilled it for a block party and everyone raved about it. Give it a try

I don't have a grill so I baked it in the oven and it turned out decent. Not great though.

Whole family loved it. Will definately make again!

Cut into loin steaks before marinating....easy!
