Winter Root Vegetables

Rated as 4.53 out of 5 Stars

"Christmas dinner wouldn't be the same without this colorful side dish. We love the interesting combination of vegetables including red potatoes, brussels sprouts and parsnips covered with a zippy sauce. --Mary Jane Jones, Williamstown, West Virginia"

I cooked this recipe differently than suggested, since I baked the veggies in the oven after mixing them with the other ingredients. As long as you don't overcook them, they are awesome! Thank y...

Good but not outstanding. If I make again, I'll add more horseradish and maybe some lemon juice. Subbed a rutabaga for the taters. Overall, a simple and decent recipe for root veggies.
