Swedish Rye Bread

SWEET! Loved the sweet flavor and crunchy crust. I used all the ingredients called for plus vital wheat gluten and caraway seeds. I took the advice of Dmseck and gave the loaves an egg wash prior to baking. There are only two of us but I made the whole recipe instead of half. I will be freezing two loaves. One is already gone! Thank you Mary Ann Ross for sharing your recipe!
