  1. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium-low heat. Add cream and nutmeg; heat through but do not boil. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted. Cook tortellini according to package directions; drain. Transfer to a large serving bowl. Add the cheese sauce and toss to coat. Serve immediately.

Excellent!!! My husband and son asked me to double the recipe next time. The only change I made was to add a 1/4 tsp of garlic powder. It was Awesome! Thanks for sharing.

I was surprised at how well this turned out since it was so fast and easy. But this goes over great with fettucine noodles when in a fix for looking for homemade.

One word: Delish! Although I added more cream cheese, but that just depends on how well you like cream cheese! I would recommend this to anyone!
