Biscuit mix is the secret to the no-fuss crust in the tasty broccoli dish shared by Judy Siegrist of Albuquerque, New Mexico. 'There's no need to roll out a crust--it makes its own as it bakes,' she says. 'I keep one pie in the freezer to thaw and warm up in a jiffy.'

What a great recipe! I used one 16 oz bag of broccoli and added diced ham and a sprinkle of garlic salt. I also baked it in a 9x13 pan (it took a bit longer than it called for with the pies). Other than that, the recipe was the same and it was delicious! Read More

Wow - I made this dish this evening for supper. I had to cut the recipe in half because there are only two of us. The only other change was that I cute down on the cheese a bit. And it still was delicious. This one is a keeper. Read More

This was very quiche-like, which I like but some may not. I followed the recipe exactly which I think everyone should do the first time before rating it. The sides & bottom did get a little more done than I would have liked and seemed kind of rubbery. I did top it off with some salsa because I thought there wasn't much flavor in it. If I make again I will maybe add some chicken or maybe some green chilies, but it is not a dish I would want to make again without some alterations. Read More

Awesome, this is easy!!!! I used red onion, and added some garlic salt. I made the recipe for 6 servings, makes the measurements kind of weird, use 2 eggs and 1/2 cup mix if making for 6 servings. I placed in a 8x8 pan. This tastes just like quiche but easier and less fat. Great to cut up and stick in your lunch!!! Read More

This was good considering how quick it was to make. It also contained fairly common items, which I typically have on hand. The taste reminded me somewhat of a mix between broccoli divan and a quiche pie. I cut the recipe in half, when I made it, and it fit easily in an 8x8 square pan. Only downside to this rather delicious recipes is the cheese baking mix combination sticks to the pan when removing, although it will come out of the pan. However, it does make cleaning the pan a little work. I used a non-stick pan and non-stick spray, so I am not sure what else I could do about that. Read More
