  1. Prepared rice according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook beef, celery and green pepper until the meat is browned and vegetables are tender; drain. Add rice, salt and pepper. Transfer to a greased 2-qt. baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 10-15 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.

Yummy... I changed a few things to make it into a hearty Mexican dip... I added 1 can of Rotel(drained) to the ground beef instead of the green peppers and celery...after that cooked I added 1 c...

This was bad. No one in my family would eat it. I used beef rice a roni. Maybe it depends on what brand of rice you use.

I was expecting this to be something like a hamburger helper, but I really liked it. I didn't use green peppers or celery but added onion, and we really liked it!

leave out the celery and use a chicken rice mix

This was super easy. I didn't like it but my hubby and 2 boys sure did! They requested it be made once a week!

VERY EASY. A definate keeper. Didn't add the celery but I did add chopped onion (I eye balled it to what I thought would be enough). I cooked the onion and the pepper until they were soft. Then ...

This was really good. It taste just like a stuffed green pepper. I leave out the celery though.
