I subtracted a tablespoon of water and added a tablespoon of lemon juice. I made no other changes or substitutions. This was perfect--the kids ate this sauce over homemade buttermilk pancakes and mmmmmm'ed all the way through breakfast. GREAT blueberry sauce.
