Speedy Salmon Casserole

Rated as 3.88 out of 5 Stars

"Next, she prepares the Speedy Salmon Casserole, which bakes at the same oven temperature as the cake. 'Living here on the Kenai Peninsula, we have plenty of fresh salmon. Bat this creamy, comforting casserole tastes just as good with canned salmon,' she assures. 'It's also a great way to use up leftover mashed potatoes--or dress up instant ones."

I followed the directions exactly, except I used leftover baked salmon and homemade mashed potatoes. It was delicious! My kids even ate it! The only thing I might changed next time is to use a b...

My family loved this Recipe - it was great!!! With 3 kids & a hubby to taste please - this recipe did it!!!

This was o k. The canned salmon, itself, was kind of gross. It looked really nasty straight from the can and didn't taste too good in the casserole. The expiration date isn't until 2011, so w...
