  1. In a bowl, beat the eggs, water, salt and pepper. Melt butter in a skillet; add egg mixture. Cook and stir gently over medium heat until eggs are almost set. Sprinkle with cheese and dill; cook until eggs are completely set and cheese is melted.

Though this turned out great fluffy scrambled eggs with the perfect amount of cheese, none of us cared for the dill weed in the eggs. I'd make this egg recipe again but just leave out the dill.

Pretty good scrambled eggs! The fresh dill gives them a nice, fresh flavor. I think I'd like to try it again without the cheese. Yummy way to use up my leftover dill!
