  1. Place potatoes in a slow cooker. In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, soup and salad dressing mix until blended. Stir in potatoes. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until potatoes are tender.

Love potatoes all different ways. I made this recipe not in a slow cooker but in the oven.Bake 350* for about 45 mins or until tender. Also made this for 50 people to rave reviews.Excellent!!!!!

I 'tested' this recipe before taking it to a potluck. Following the recipe, I found the potatoes unevenly cooked, too large and chunky to stir into the sauce, and the cream cheese overpowering....
