  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook beef and sausage until no longer pink; drain. Add the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 14-16 minutes or until spaghetti is tender.

I used fresh mushrooms in this recipe and added some fresh chopped onion and fresh minced garlic. After I sauteed the meat, I just threw in the mushrooms, onion and garlic and let it cook a bit ...

Easy one skillet dinner. Didn't deviate from the recipe. Taste is ok. Seemed to be missing something, garlic, onion, basil would be nice. Be sure to use a big skillet, it filled my 12" skill...
