Taco-Topped Potato

I gave this 3 stars as written. The meat with only salsa and Worcestershire is pretty bland. I remade them this week using regular taco seasoned meat and perked them up with homemade cheese sauce. My family said this upped it to a 5-star weeknight meal. To serve, I split the potatoes by making an X in the top and squeezing the potato a little to break up the pulp. I then spooned the cheese sauce over, meat, salsa, lettuce, sour cream, tomatoes, black olives, and green onions. I will make these again with the stated changes.
