Special Sweet Potatoes

Rated as 4.62 out of 5 Stars

"THIS DISH is quick to prepare, but to save time, I'll often boil the sweet potatoes in advance, then complete the recipe the next day. Orange juice and cinnamon are wonderful for enhancing the flavor of sweet potatoes. This classic recipe is great during the holidays. -Ruby Williams, Bogalusa, Louisiana"

I liked this, my husband said it was a little too much orange juice flavor. I scaled the dish to 6 servings, so maybe the proportions needed adjusted. It is easier than candied sweet potatoes or...

this was my first time making sweet potatoes (i don't like them) and my 15 party thanksgiving family LOVED them! I'll use this recipe next year too!

This is the only way I'll prepare sweet potatoes for Thanksgiving or Christmas dinners. These are so good. They aren't overly sweet, the oj gives a hint of added flavor, and the marshmallows giv...

The only way to go. An absolute classic!

Great flavor. The marshmallows are still the favorite part though.

I did not care for this. I liked the chunks of sweet potatoes and will try something similar but definitely without the cinnamon and orange juice.

Enjoyed the orange juice flavor.
