Coconut Granola Bars

These are really good! The only problem I had is that they got too done. I used a metal pan the first time and baked for 25 minutes. I have since discovered that what works for me is to use a glass pan and bake 23 minutes at 325. Great flavor though and very easy. I tried using dried blueberries instead of chocolate chips the second time and prefer them that way. I also don't put in the sunflower seeds or sesame seeds.
