  1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Transfer to a greased 11-in. x 7-in. x 2-in. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 30-35 minutes or until broccoli is tender.

This had a good flavor. I added crushed Ritz crackers and melted butter on top, but otherwise followed the recipe as written. I will probably make it again.

Broccoli never got tender and it was fairly bland. I would HIGHLY reccommend cooking the broccoli to almost tender first, better yet, blanch some fresh broccoli and it would be a great improvem...

I had an abundance of broccoli and cauliflower, so I combined them with a can of mushroom soup and one of cream of chicken. I added grated cheddar along with the parmesan, and this was GREAT!!!!...
