I agree the texture is a bit odd, but the sweetness the corn adds is wonderful. If you like your eggs moist you will love this recipe.

So odd I had to try it. I took the advice of others and added only 2/3 of a can of the creamed corn. Thatdid the trick. Interesting flavor, consistency not too wet. Plus I added cheddar chee...
